Prices displayed on the Website are subject to change until a booking is confirmed and paid for in full. We will notify you of any price change before you complete payment, and you will have the opportunity to proceed or withdraw.
In the event of a manifest technical or human error resulting in an obviously incorrect price being displayed, we reserve the right to cancel the affected booking and issue you a full refund of any amounts paid. We will notify you of such cancellation within 48 hours of identifying the error. No further compensation will be due.
You are responsible for entering correct and complete passenger details at the time of booking. Errors in passenger names, dates of birth, or document numbers may result in additional charges imposed by the airline or provider, or cancellation of the booking. We are not liable for costs arising from incorrect information provided by you.
Airlines and service providers may modify schedules, routes, or services after booking. These changes are outside our control and governed by the provider's policies. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you of any significant changes that come to our attention but accept no liability for such changes.
Payments are processed through secure, PCI-DSS compliant third-party payment providers. Clickandfly OÜ does not store full payment card numbers on its servers.

Clickandfly OÜ charges a service fee for flight bookings. This fee is disclosed clearly during the booking process before you complete payment.
The service fee is non-refundable, except where a cancellation is directly caused by an error on our part.
For hotel and tour bookings made through affiliate referral links, our compensation takes the form of a commission received from the third-party provider. This commission is at no additional cost to you.
Cancellations and refund eligibility for flights are governed entirely by the airline's applicable fare rules. Some fares are non-refundable. We will inform you of the fare conditions before you complete your booking.
To request a cancellation or refund for a flight booking, you must submit your request in writing to [email protected]. We will acknowledge your request and submit it to the airline within 5 business days.
We will transfer any refund received from the airline to you within 10 business days of receiving the funds. If we have not received a refund decision from the airline within 30 days of submitting your request, we will actively follow up with the airline on your behalf and keep you informed.
Our service fee is non-refundable in all cases, except where the cancellation is caused by our error.
Cancellations and refunds for hotel and tour bookings made through third-party affiliate platforms are governed entirely by the relevant provider's terms and cancellation policy. Any refund request must be submitted directly to that provider. Clickandfly OÜ has no authority to override third-party cancellation policies.
