1. Introduction

This Refund Policy explains the conditions under which refunds are available for services booked through https://click-fly.com, operated by Clickandfly OÜ (Registry Code: 16028377), a travel agency registered in Estonia.

By making a payment, you confirm that you have read and understood this Refund Policy.

2. Clickandfly Service Fee

Clickandfly charges a service fee for flight bookings, clearly displayed before payment.

This fee is non-refundable in all circumstances, including:

  • Passenger cancellation
  • Airline cancellation or schedule changes
  • Visa refusal
  • Denied boarding
  • Force majeure events (pandemics, government restrictions, natural disasters, airline disruptions)

The service fee is earned at the time of booking.


3. Flight Refunds

3.1 Refund Eligibility

Refund eligibility is determined solely by airline fare rules.

Clickandfly does not guarantee that a refund will be granted.

3.2 Refund Request

Submit requests to [email protected] with your booking reference.

We submit requests to the airline within 5 business days.

3.3 Processing

Refunds are transferred within 10 business days after receiving funds from the airline.

  • Service fees are non-refundable
  • Airline cancellation or administration fees may apply
  • Refunds are returned to the original payment method only

If no airline response is received after 30 days, we will follow up on your behalf and keep you informed.


4. Hotel Refunds

Refunds depend entirely on the cancellation policy of each hotel and room type, displayed clearly before payment. Conditions may include:

  • Free cancellation before a specified deadline
  • Partial refund depending on cancellation timing
  • Non-refundable bookings with no refund available

Clickandfly submits cancellation requests to the hotel on your behalf but cannot override provider policies.


5. Tour Refunds

For tours booked directly on our website, refund conditions are defined individually by each tour operator and are displayed on the tour listing before booking.

For tours completed via third-party platforms, the refund policy of that platform applies entirely.


6. Visa Assistance Refunds

Visa assistance is a document preparation and guidance service only. Refund conditions are as follows:

  • Full refund if you cancel before any work has started on your file
  • Partial refund if you cancel after work has begun – fees for work already completed will be deducted and a breakdown will be provided
  • No refund once all requested documents have been prepared and delivered

We do not refund embassy or authority fees, or any costs related to visa refusal, delay, or denial of entry.


7. General Refund Conditions

  • All refunds are returned to the original payment method only
  • Refunds cannot be redirected to a different card, account, or person
  • Bank or card processing delays after we initiate the refund are outside our control
  • Duplicate refund claims are not accepted

If a chargeback is initiated without valid grounds, we reserve the right to recover all related costs including administrative and legal fees.
