How do I book flights or travel services on Clickandfly?

You can book directly on our website. Select your service (flights, hotels, tours, or visa assistance), enter your details, and complete secure payment. Your booking is confirmed once payment is successful and processed.

How will I receive my booking confirmation?

Your confirmation is sent to your email after successful payment. It includes your booking reference, traveler details, and full itinerary. If not received, check your spam folder or contact us.

Can I book for another person?

Yes. You can book for others as long as all details match their official documents exactly.

Can I modify my booking?

Changes depend on airline or provider rules. Some bookings allow changes with fees, others do not. Contact us with your booking reference to check options.

Why did the price change?

Travel prices change in real time due to availability and demand. Prices are only guaranteed after payment and confirmation.


💰 Cancellations & Refunds

How do I cancel a booking?

Send your request to [email protected] with your booking reference. Refund eligibility depends on supplier policies.

When will I receive my refund?

Refund timelines vary by service:

  • Flights: we transfer your refund within 10 business days of receiving the funds from the airline
  • Hotels: within 10 business days of receiving confirmation and funds from the hotel or provider
  • Tours: depends on the individual tour operator policy, stated on the tour listing

All refunds are returned to the original payment method only. You will be notified by email once processed.

What if the airline cancels my flight?

You may be eligible for rebooking or a refund under airline rules. We assist you in submitting your claim, but the final decision is made by the airline. Please note our service fee remains non-refundable in this case.

What if my flight is delayed?

The airline provides solutions such as rebooking or compensation. We help you understand your options and guide you through the process.

Is it safe to pay on Clickandfly?

Yes. Payments are processed through secure systems with encryption and PCI-DSS compliant providers. We do not store your card details.

What payment methods are accepted?

We accept major credit and debit cards and other secure online payment methods.


🛂 Visa Assistance

Do you guarantee visa approval?

No. Visa decisions are made exclusively by embassies or immigration authorities. We provide document preparation and guidance only.

What does visa assistance include?

We help you understand the requirements for your destination and prepare the supporting documents needed for your application, such as flight itineraries, hotel bookings, and tourist vouchers. We also assist with appointment scheduling where applicable.

Is the visa service refundable?

The visa assistance service fee is non-refundable, even if your visa application is refused or withdrawn. Visa application fees paid to embassies, consulates, or immigration authorities are also non-refundable. For full details, please refer to our Refund Policy and Terms of Use.

What documents do I need to travel?

  • Valid passport (usually at least 6 months validity beyond travel dates)
  • Visa (if required for your nationality and destination)
  • Return or onward ticket
  • Hotel or accommodation booking confirmation
  • Travel insurance (strongly recommended, mandatory for some destinations)

Do I need travel insurance?

It is strongly recommended and sometimes mandatory depending on your destination. A good policy covers medical emergencies, cancellations, lost baggage, and repatriation.

When should I arrive at the airport?

  • International flights: at least 3 hours before departure
  • Domestic flights: at least 2 hours before departure

What if my baggage is lost?

Report it immediately at the airline baggage desk before leaving the airport and request a Property Irregularity Report (PIR). Keep all receipts and contact us for guidance on submitting your claim.
